Barbados Royals, on the other hand, were beaten by a strong Saint Lucia Kings side who posted over 200 after batting first. Jason Holder took 4 wickets and did well with the ball for the Royals. In reply, the Royals could only manage 147 and lost the game by 54 runs. Their top order was blown away and they were already out of the chase very early in the innings. Nyeem Young, batting at 8, made a fine 48 and dragged his side to a respectable total. Barbados Royals will want to put the loss behind them and regroup going into this contest.
