Earlier on, Manchester Originals Women were off to a flier with the bat. They certainly dominated for the 75 balls, but once the second-wicket stand was broken, the batters found it really hard to get runs on the board. Anya Shrubsole picked up some incredible wickets late in the innings, which helped Southern Brave Women to pull things back in their favour. The target was going to be a tricky one to chase down, but the quality batters that Southern Brave Women possess in their ranks, it wasn't that tough for them after all.

Manchester Originals Women did not have much to bowl at. They certainly needed early wickets to put the opposition under pressure. They did get one, but could not apply the squeeze from thereon. In the middle phase, a slight drizzle made it difficult for the bowlers to grip the ball as well. This made it even tougher for their bowlers to keep things tight with the ball and eventually they were out-classed by the opposition here.

Phew! A dominating performance from the table-toppers here. Smriti Mandhana slipped out early on due to a run out, but since then nothing went Manchester Originals Women's. Danni Wyatt and Maia Bouchier forged a solid partnership. Danni Wyatt departed on 60 runs, but by then the job was certainly done. Maia Bouchier then continued on her merry way and applied the finishing touches to grab the crucial two points which help them straight into the FINALS.

Maia Bouchier finishes the job in style. She came into the crease, kept hitting the ball hard and eventually managed to get her side over the line here. Southern Brave Women end at the top of the table and take a shortcut in the Finals which will be played at Lord's. Nevertheless, they had to work hard in the group stages, and they finish it on a high with six wins on the trot.
