Saini made his Twenty20 debut on January 2, 2016 at the Syed Mushtaq Ali 2015–16 Syed Mushtaq trophy.
In February 2017, he was bought by the Delhi Daredevils team for the 2017 Premier League for 10 Lakhs. In January 2018, he was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore at the 2018 IPL auction for 3 million rupees.
He was the main wickt bearer for Delhi in the 2017-18 Ranji trophy, with 34 layoffs in eight games. He was also the main bearer of Wickt for Delhi in the Vijay Hazar 2018-19 trophy, with sixteen dismissals in eight games. In October 2018, he was appointed in the India C team for the 2018-19 Deodhar Trophy. The following month, he was named as one of the eight players to see before the Ranji Trophy 2018-19.
In February 2022, he was bought by the Rajasthan Royals at the Premier League auction of the India 2022 Premier. In July 2022, he signed a short -term agreement with Kent to play up to three county championships and five games of A one -day cup in England. He made his debut against Warwickshire and took seven Wickts, including a five Wickt tour in the first tickets.

He beat a Wickt maiden in the last of the entries, fired Kied Pollard. He was appointed the man of the party. In December 2019, he was added to the One Day International (ODI) team of India for his series at home against Western Indies. He made his debut Odi for India, also against the Western Indies, on December 22, 2019. In February 2020, he was appointed in the Indian test team for his series against New Zealand. In October 2020, he was again named in the Indian test team, this time for his series against Australia. However, Saini could not play the entire tour due to a rear spasm. He made his debut in the test for India on January 7, 2021, against Australia, taking the Wickt of his debutant, Will Pucovski, as his first dismissal in the Test Cricket
