In November 2017, he scored his first century in Twenty20 cricket, when he made 103 not out for the Dolphins against Cape Cobras in the 2017-18 Ram Slam T20 Challenge.

In September 2018, he was named in the KwaZulu-Natal Inland squad for the 2018 Africa Cup T20. The following month, he was named in the Durban Heat squad for the inaugural Mzansi Super League T20 tournament.
